摘要: 数据安全领域法学人才培养机制的完善是实现我国数字经济安全高效可持续发展的重要支撑。传统法学教育理念和
方法在数字时代出现了不适应性,且数字技术快速迭代下的数据安全隐患难以被识别。高校数字法学人才培养往往缺乏对数
字经济和数据治理发展的全面认识,也未构建出一套适应数据安全治理的课程教学体系,还缺乏与数据安全相关实践领域的
互动。搭建科学完整的“数据安全”课程体系,将其融入高校法学人才培养方案,并将数字平台的法律规制、企业数据合规治理
和数据安全相关前沿技术及其标准融入教学实践是在数据安全治理背景下高校完善数字法学人才培养机制的重要破解之道。

Abstract: The improvement of the training mechanism of legal talents in the field of data security is an important support for realizing
the safe, efficient and sustainable development of China's digital economy. The traditional legal education concepts and methods have
shown inadaptability in the digital age, and the hidden dangers of data security under the rapid iteration of digital technology are
difficult to be identified. The cultivation of digital legal talents in colleges and universities often lacks a comprehensive understanding
of the development of the digital economy and data governance, thus being unable to construct a teaching system adapted to data
security governance, and also lacks interaction with practical fields related to data security. Therefore, a critical solution to improve the
cultivation mechanism of digital law talents in colleges and universities in the context of data security governance lies in building a
scientific and complete "Data Security" course system, integrating it into the cultivation program of law students, and integrating the
legal regulation of digital platforms, corporate data compliance governance and data security-related cutting-edge technologies and
their standards into teaching practice.
